Here’s candidate Woodard on the Colbert Report, via MSNBC… Where’s the “bump” Colbert?!
It’s been almost a month since my September 6 meta appearance on the Colbert Report (at ~6:00 min.), via Chris Matthews on MSNBC, and I’ve yet to see the much ballyhooed “Colbert Bump”! Is this part of the media bias against my campaign? When the Woodard for President effort headed to Charlotte for the DNC I never suspected that the vast conspiracy would include the people at the Colbert Report! Is it possible that Colbert has been co-opted or has he been duped into believing, like so many others, that my Presidential aspirations are too great a threat to the status quo, so much so that the American people musn’t learn the truth of what our campaign stands for?!

In the spirit of openness and transparency Woodard offers to his supporters a view of the underpinnings of his campaign; and to his opponents, some material they may wish to use in the planned media smear campaign against him.
As the so-called musical basis for the 2012 campaign has been eviscerated and cannibalized for this performance, questions may be raised regarding the consistency of approach of this campaign toward the ultimate goal — ostensibly the White House. To any assertions of inconsistency Woodard says, “God bless America! … but there are deeper roots – into the very firmament of the earliest beliefs of freedom and justice.”
